Our membership plans cover regular gym use* to monitoring varsity athletes. We offer group classes that are focused on building strength and endurance, as well as mobility and recovery.
*A 24 session package is a pre-requisite to avail of our club membership.

We offer a whole gamut of benefits when you sign up with our club. Our GO™️ membership is inclusive of our signature group classes , facility use and training programs. We offer classes 6 times a week, with morning and afternoon schedules. Our training programs are carefully put together to complement your personal training subscription or your activities outside our club.
1:1 Personal Training

Our personal training services is best in class coached by our homegrown trainers. We start gathering information as early as the initial movement screen and continue logging new data through our force plate technology and dynamometers.
*Level 1 personal training packages are available in 8,12 and 24 sessions.

Mobility
Range of Motion Testing
An important prerequisite to moving well and effectively is mobility. When we conduct screening assessments with our clients, we make sure to validate the results by utilizing a digital gyroscope that accurately identifies the range of motion for each limb. In some instances, we take this process a step further by incorporating a goniometer for additional redundancy, ensuring that our measurements are both precise and reliable.

Afterburn is a super-charged metabolic conditioning class guaranteed to improve you fitness level and strength. Unlike your standard bootcamp class, it aims to provide the proper neural adaptation that will equip the participant to handle intense endurance work and lift maximal loads intermittently.

Legendary Strength
Our Legendary Strength program is designed for adults 30 years old and up. These classes have a general focus on mobility, flexibility and functional strength. Expect a lot work in the weight room to train your muscles, and a lot of new movements to acquire for brain health.
Open to: 30 years old and above
Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Lift
Lift is the only barbell-centered group class in the country. Improve your squat, bench press and deadlift numbers in a safe, positive environment. Slots are limited due to the amount of space barbells take up.
